A passion for workers’ rights and disability rights led Mr. DellaMaestra to first join Lennon, Camak, & Bertics as a summer clerk in 2023. After passing the bar, Mr. DellaMaestra joined the firm on a full-time basis starting in September of 2025. He practices exclusively in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law. Mr DellaMaestra litigates complex workers’ compensation cases in front of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and helps his disability clients navigate every level of the Social Security Disability claims process. Mr. DellaMaestra also has experience in education law, labor law, and local government.
Mr. DellaMaestra was born and raised in Apex, North Carolina, and has spent his entire life living in, and serving, the Triangle Community. He currently lives in Raleigh, NC with his fiancée, Alexandria, and their dog. When he is not advocating for injured workers, he enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, including his UNC Tar Heels and the Carolina Hurricanes.
